Corn Cakes

The Ingredients

1 can corn
1 cup flour
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
adobo

Add all ingredients into a food processor. The consistency should be like pancake batter. Lightly coat a pan and cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden-brown. Enjoy!
